What details are included?

In most cases, ears, lips, smiles and facial hair (where suitable) are included, as well as clothing, hair, jewellery and any accessories within the image. 

What details are not included?

Eyes and noses are purposefully left off each illustration to suit the ‘less is more’ style of byJarryd illustrations.

Do you illustrate animals?

Unfortunately no. Due to the colour shades displayed in the coats of our furry friends, it doesn’t suit the minimalistic style of a byJarryd illustration.

How long does it take?

Turnaround time is generally 1-2 weeks however this may vary during busy periods.

Can I print a byJarryd myself?

Of course you can! Upon completion, you will receive a print-ready pdf file. I recommend getting a professional print shop to print your byJarryd for you on high-quality textured art paper. 

Do you deliver?

No. Due to the fragility of the perspex within the frame, I cannot guarantee you will receive your framed byJarryd undamaged.

What kind of image do I supply?

A high-resolution jpeg is preferred (original image, where possible) however a high-quality screenshot will also be accepted.

What payment do you accept?

Bank transfer is preferred however I can also accept paypal or cash payments.

What if I need IT within 2-3 days?

If you require an illustration within 2-3 days, a priority order can be arranged for an additional $15.00  

What if I don’t like the illustration that I have paid for?

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds as all byJarryd illustrations are created custom. I will however, work with you until I have created an illustration that truly makes you smile!
